Aleesha Young established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to an athletic family. Her father competed in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also played sports like hockey and ice. Aleesha has played many sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Her professional card was issued following her win at the NPC USA Championships. However, she began competing in 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha got herself into the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha began to improve and was able to be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing in the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2000, where she finished the fourth position. The "World's Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
